As a rule one homework is set per week for Years 8 and 9 and up to two per week for Years 10 and 11 which unless otherwise specified usually requires the work to be handed in for marking the following day. All homework set should be recorded in a L.G.S. Homework Diary. The homework should, in general, take no longer than 30 minutes to complete although there will be occasions when revision or a research based project may take longer.

Research - pupils should be prepared to use the school library and I.C.T. suite and home based resources to access information on their own.
